Group Boxing Classes

Mon. & Wed.: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Our group classes focus on improving strength, fitness, and boxing technique while providing the camaraderie and motivation that comes with training in a group setting.
